Crochet Mini Mermaid Tail Bag

I am using a G hook. You may use whatever works best for you.
I am using Worsted weight yarn.
Body:
Round 1 - Chain 3. 10 dc in starting ch. Slip stitch to top of ch 3. (Crochet over tail as you go, making sure loose end is behind your work so it stays on the inside of the fish).
Round 2 - Ch 3, dc into same stitch. 2 dc into each stitch around. Slip stitch into top of ch 3. (20 stitches).
§Round 3 & 4 - Ch 4 (counts as dc, ch 1) dc into same stitch. (First v-stitch made), ^skip next dc... {Dc ch 1 dc} in next dc. ^repeat 8 times (10 v stitches made). Skip stitch into 3rd chain. The next "round" is on the same row. Worked on the V-stitch... Ch3 work 4 dc onto right post of v-stitch ch1 work 5 dc onto left post of v-stitch. ^Skip next v-stitch. 5 dc onto right post of next v-stitch ch 1 5 dc onto left post of v-stitch. ^repeat 3 more times. Slip stitch into chain 3. 5 scales made.
Round 5 & 6 - slip stitch into v-stitch behind the scale. Ch4 (counts as dc ch1) dc into same stitch. V-stitch into each V-stitch from previous round making sure to go under the scales! Slip stitch in 3rd ch of beginning ch4. The next "round" is worked on the same row. Worked on the V-stitch... Ch3 work 4 dc onto the right side post of the V-stitch ch1 work 5 dc onto the left post of the V-stitch. ^Skip next v-stitch. (Your scale should not be directly above scale below.. These will be staggered). 5dc onto right side post of v-stitch ch1 5 dc onto left post of v-stitch. ^repeat 3 more times. Slip stitch into ch3.
§ repeat rounds 3-6 two times more... There will be 4 total rounds of scales.
Round 11 - slip stitch into v-stitch behind scale row. Ch 3 (counts as dc). Working into v stitch row only, dc in between each V-stitch and ch1 space of each V-stitch around. Slip stitch into top of ch3. (20 dc).
Round 12 - ch3 dc in each dc around. Slip stitch into top of ch3.
Round 13 - ch1 sc in same stitch. (Ch3, sc in next stitch) 19 times. Ch3 slip stitch into fist sc. Tie off weave in ends.
Draw string :
Lay work flat. Cut 2 lengths of yarn that are about 2" longer than 4 times the work. Starting on right side of work, weave one piece of yarn behind and in front of post of the dc in round 8. Tie the two ends together after making them even. With second price of yarn, begin on opposite side of work weave the opposite direction around the same post (If first strand is behind the post, this one needs to be on the front). Tie the same way. Each side of your work should have a tied end.
Mermaid tail fin:
Round 1- With your work still flat. Turn it So that the bottom is facing you. Being sure to line up the "tie" strings on the right side of your work, attach yarn onto post of a dc of round 2 of Body, lining up with the draw strings. Ch3 (acts as first dc) 2dc on same post, hdc into stitch 2sc on post of next dc (from beginning round). 2 sc on next post from first round. Slip stitch into center hole (either side). 2 sc onto next post from round 1. Hdc into next stitch. 3 dc onto next post.
Round 2 - ch2, 4 dc into same stitch. Skip 4 stitches sc into next sc, slip stitch into next slip stitch, sc into next sc. Skip next 4 stitches 3 dc into top of ch 2. Hdc in same stitch. Sc in same stitch and the off.
